The New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) is a commodity futures exchange, located in New York City, owned and operated by the CME Group. The NYMEX is the centre of energy commodity derivatives trading in the US, and is home to some of the world’s largest and most liquid energy futures contracts, notably the US benchmark WTI Crude Oil Futures, and Henry Hub Natural Gas Futures.

You can use the following formula to calculate the contract value for each futures series. This value represents the amount of Buying Power (BP) you would need to trade these contracts.
1. Crude Oil futures: contract value = Price * $1,000 * number of contracts
2. Natural Gas futures: contract value = Price * $10,000 * number of contracts
3. NY Harbor ULSD futures: contract value = Price * $42,000 * number of contracts
4. RBOB Gasoline futures: contract value = Price * $42,000 * number of contracts
